An executive assistant who protects your time like it's theirs.
A full-time, dedicated EA who owns your inbox, calendar, travel and meeting prep — working your US hours, managed and quality-checked by ExecWing.
Your week, run on purpose.
Most leaders don't need more software. They need someone who reads the inbox before they do, defends the calendar, and walks them into every meeting prepared.
An ExecWing executive assistant is a full-time teammate — not a shared pool or a task marketplace. They learn your preferences, your people and your priorities, and they get better every week because we score their work every week.

Executive Assistants: common questions
What's the difference between an executive assistant and a virtual assistant?
An executive assistant is dedicated to one leader and makes judgment calls about their time; many virtual assistants work task-by-task across several clients. Every ExecWing assistant is full-time and dedicated to your account.
Can my EA send email on my behalf?
Yes, if you want them to. Most clients start with drafts for approval, then grant send-as or delegate access for defined categories once trust is built.
Which tier do most executives choose?
Founders who mainly need inbox and calendar help start on Core. CEOs and CROs with heavy travel, board work or multiple stakeholders usually choose Executive for a senior assistant.
How do you handle personal tasks?
Your EA can handle personal admin you choose to delegate — appointments, reservations, gifts — within the access you grant. We document boundaries during onboarding.
What hours will my EA work?
Your business hours in ET, CT, MT or PT, 40 hours a week. We agree core overlap hours during onboarding.
