A revenue assistant who keeps your pipeline honest.
Clean CRM data, prospect lists that actually get built and calendars that stay booked — handled by a full-time assistant trained in the revenue stack.
Built by a CRO, for revenue leaders.
ExecWing was founded by an enterprise sales leader and fractional CRO. Our Revenue Assistants are trained on the work that pipeline reviews depend on: dated next steps, realistic close dates, de-duplicated accounts and lists that match your ICP.
Every Revenue Assistant completes our 5-day Revenue Bootcamp and a hands-on skills test before they meet you. They support sellers — they don't replace them, and they don't carry quota.

What we do — and what we don't
Revenue Assistants support sales; they are not quota-carrying SDRs and don't make cold calls on your behalf.
Outbound email must follow your compliance requirements, including the US CAN-SPAM Act. You own sending domains and approve copy.

Revenue & Sales Assistants: common questions
Will a revenue assistant book meetings for my reps?
They can manage sequences, handle replies you've pre-approved and book meetings into reps' calendars. They don't cold call or negotiate.
Which CRMs do they know?
Salesforce and HubSpot are standard. We train on others — Pipedrive, Close, Dynamics — during onboarding.
Who pays for Sales Navigator and data tools?
You do. Tools and licenses stay in your name so you keep the data and the access.
How do you measure a revenue assistant's quality?
A weekly QA scorecard covering accuracy, timeliness and agreed KPIs such as records updated, lists delivered and meetings held.
Is this a replacement for RevOps?
No. It's the hands-on execution layer that makes RevOps and sales leadership effective.
