More capacity for your firm — without touching the work only CPAs can sign.

Dedicated assistants who chase documents, run client portals, keep engagement calendars moving and prep books for your reviewers. Your licensed team keeps ownership of tax and attest work.

Overview

Busy season shouldn't mean every partner becomes an admin.

Accounting firms carry an unusual amount of administrative weight. Before anyone prepares a return or closes a client's books, someone has to send the organizer, chase the missing 1099s, rename forty PDFs, update the practice-management system and answer the same status question for the third time. In many small and mid-size firms, that someone is a staff accountant or a partner, working late in March.

An ExecWing assistant is a full-time teammate who takes that layer off your licensed staff. They work inside your practice-management and portal tools, follow your naming conventions and checklists, and keep every engagement's status visible. For firms with recurring client accounting, an ExecWing bookkeeper can handle categorization, reconciliations and close prep that your reviewers then sign off.

We are deliberate about scope. ExecWing does not provide tax preparation, tax advice, audit, attest or any CPA services. Our assistants support the firm's administrative and bookkeeping workflows; your credentialed professionals own every judgment, signature and client recommendation.
