Do you have offices in these states?
No. ExecWing is based in Chicago, Illinois and serves clients remotely. We don't have local offices or staff in other states; your dedicated assistant works remotely from the Philippines on your US business hours.
Which time zone will my assistant work?
Yours. Assistants work an agreed full-time schedule aligned to your US business hours, whether you're on Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska or Hawaii time.
What about states that span two time zones?
Several states — for example Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Idaho and Oregon — span two time zones. We schedule to the time zone your team actually works in.
Does pricing vary by state?
No. Pricing is the same everywhere we serve: Core $1,900, Growth $2,300 and Executive $2,700 per month; bookkeeping $2,100 or $2,600 dedicated, or fractional from $450 per month.
