How we'll build it
We'll publish the full methodology, sample sizes and limitations alongside the report. No numbers will appear until the data supports them.
- Survey of US business leaders and operators about delegation, roles and outcomes, with sample size and response dates disclosed.
- Anonymized, aggregated engagement data from ExecWing operations, used only as permitted by client agreements and never identifying a client.
- Talent-side survey of Philippines-based professionals on work setup, training and career goals, with consent.
- Public sources cited with links where we reference government or industry data.
- Limitations stated plainly, including selection bias and small samples in early editions.
