Workplace add-ons

Employment, equipment and benefits, only if you want them.

Your ExecWing placement already includes a dedicated, managed assistant. When you want more, add optional employer-of-record employment, pre-hire checks, company equipment or benefits for your assistant, one at a time.

How it works

Add what you need, when you need it.

Start with your assistant

Every engagement starts with a dedicated, managed assistant on a schedule customized to your needs and budget.

Pick optional add-ons

Choose any add-ons on your fit call, in your proposal, or later from the client portal.

We confirm what applies

Availability depends on the assistant's country. We confirm scope in writing before anything starts.

Track it in one place

See requested, in-progress and active add-ons for each placement in your client portal.

Why add-ons

One partner for the assistant and the extras.

Instead of juggling separate vendors for employment, devices and benefits, keep it all with the team that already manages your assistant.

  • Every add-on is optional and can be switched on per placement.
  • Plans are customized to your needs and budget; add-ons are included in your written proposal.
  • Scope and availability are confirmed for the assistant's country before anything starts.
  • Requests and status live in your client portal.
FAQ

Workplace add-ons: common questions

Are these add-ons required?

No. Every add-on is optional. ExecWing placements work without any of them.

Can I add an add-on later?

Yes. Ask your account lead or request it from the client portal at any time.

Are add-ons available in every country?

Availability depends on the assistant's country. We confirm what applies before anything starts.

How are add-ons priced?

Plans are customized to your needs and budget. Any add-ons you choose are included in your written proposal.

Optional local employment

Prefer a locally employed assistant?

Most ExecWing placements use our default contractor model. When you want a formal local employment relationship — with local payroll and statutory benefits where the assistant lives — add optional employer-of-record (EOR) employment.

  • Still optional: your placement works without it.
  • Same dedicated assistant and ExecWing management.
  • Availability confirmed for the assistant's country before anything starts.

What EOR typically covers

A local employment partner typically handles the employment contract, payroll, statutory contributions, mandated benefits and leave under local labor rules. You still direct the day-to-day work.

General information only — not legal, tax or immigration advice. Final terms are set in a written agreement.
