Dedicated bookkeeping support for ecommerce brands
Dedicated bookkeeping support for Shopify and Amazon sellers: payout reconciliation, fee and refund coding, inventory purchase entry and close prep for your CPA.
What does this role do?
An ecommerce bookkeeping assistant reconciles Shopify, Amazon and PayPal payouts against bank deposits, splits fees, refunds and chargebacks into the right accounts, enters inventory and supplier bills, and prepares a month-end close pack for your CPA. Clean payout data makes gross margin and cash reports trustworthy. Sales tax filing stays with your tax provider.

Common questions
Do you need A2X or a similar connector?
It helps for high order volume because it summarizes payouts into journal entries. Without it, the assistant reconciles from payout reports.
Can the assistant manage inventory?
They can enter purchases and reconcile inventory reports from your system; inventory planning decisions stay with you.
